FixTooday ("Company", "We", "Our") ki website aur Android application ("Platform") use karke aap in Terms of Service se agree karte hain. Please inhe dhyan se padhein. Agar aap agree nahi karte toh platform use na karein.

FixTooday ek marketplace platform hai jo customers aur service professionals ko connect karta hai. Hum khud service provide nahi karte — hamare verified experts independently kaam karte hain. Available services include:

  • Plumbing and pipe work
  • AC service and repair
  • Carpentry and furniture work
  • Painting, cleaning, and more

3. User Responsibilities

  • Aapko accurate information provide karni hogi booking ke time
  • Expert ke aane par ghar par ya kisi responsible adult ka hona zaroori hai
  • Kaam ke baad payment platform ke through ya cash mein karein
  • Platform ka misuse, fraud ya fake booking strictly prohibited hai
  • Aap 18+ years ke hone chahiye service book karne ke liye

4. Pricing & Payment

5. Cancellation & Refund

6. Limitation of Liability

FixTooday platform pe listed experts ke kaam ki quality ke liye commercially reasonable efforts karta hai lekin guarantee nahi de sakta. Maximum liability hamare platform fees tak limited hai.

7. Governing Law

Ye terms Bihar, India ke laws ke under govern honge. Koi bhi dispute Bihar courts mein settle hoga.
